Restaurant Equipment Refrigeration in Higgovale

Restaurant refrigeration in Higgovale works in the hottest, greasiest part of the building, and Architect-designed contemporary homes, glass-heavy elevations rarely leaves a sensible space for it. Around Kloof Nek Road, we service prep counters, saladettes, undercounters, back-bar and display cabinets on before-service or after-close appointments. Kitchens in Higgovale and Tamboerskloof are booked into the same early-morning slot, so a repair never costs you a sitting.

Higgovale is where the Bowl's most demanding installations live. Contemporary homes here run vast glazed elevations, split-level living volumes and rooftop plant decks — magnificent to look at, brutal to cool. Sightlines are protected fiercely, so condensers and heat pumps have to disappear into screened plant areas or roof wells while still getting the airflow they need. We plan these jobs with the architect and the landscaper, not around them.

Restaurant refrigeration works in the hottest, greasiest, busiest part of your building. We service and repair the whole line-up — prep counters, saladettes, undercounters, back-bar coolers, display cabinets and blast chillers — and we work around service hours so you don't lose a sitting.
